Water recipes that strengthen immunity

It is prepared by grating fresh ginger up to 1 finger in 1 liter of water. It can also be brewed by adding green tea, Yesil or Marshmallow flowers to boiled water and consumed as herbal tea. It can prevent or alleviate cold symptoms such as coughing by boosting the immune system.

It is prepared by adding 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar to 1 cup of warm water. It can be drunk on a hungry stomach in the morning or at stages of blood sugar drops during the day. It provides resistance to flu and colds and supports the weight loss process.


Add 1 teaspoon cumin to 1 cup of water, boil, strain and drink with 3-4 drops of lemon juice. It helps to remove bloating, relax digestion and soothe the nerves. It is especially suitable to drink after lunch and dinner.
