Rice recipe with artichoke

Ingredients:
• 2 cups rice
• 4 bowl artichokes
• 300 g chestnut mushrooms
• Olive oil
• 1 teaspoon tomato paste
• 3 cups boiling water

Construction:
• Leave the rice to stand in hot water where you add salt for at least half an hour.
• Meanwhile, divide the chestnut mushrooms into 4 and start roasting them in a rice pot with six open. Do not turn down the stove at all, if you cut it, the fungus will be watered and lose its taste.
• Divide the artichokes into 4 and add them when the mushrooms are tender. Meanwhile, add enough olive oil to the rice, about half a cup of tea.
• Wash and strain your rice in plenty of water and add it to the pan.
• Once you have put the paste in, add 3 cups of boiling water and salt, close the lid and leave to infuse over a low heat.
• When serving, you can add chopped parsley on top. Enjoy your meal...
