* 1 bunch purslane
* 1 slice melon
* 5-6 cocktail tomatoes
* Half a cup of olive oil
* 1 lemon
To decorate; sesame & sunflower seeds
* Separate the leaves of purslane.
* Add the melon in small cubes, dividing the tomatoes by 4.
* Garnish with sesame seeds and Moon kernels, add oil and lemon and serve.
Enjoy your meal.
