Recipe for fish taco

• 2 pieces of fish made of fillets. Could be sea bass or sea bream.
• Atomic salad (similar to the smallest of cabbage)
• 1 carrot
• Purple cabbage
• 1-2 spoons of cottage yogurt
• Parsley
• Salt & pepper & red powdered pepper
• Olive oil
• 2 limes
• Lavash


• Marinate the fish fillets with 2 spoons of olive oil and salt, pepper, powdered pepper and wait 15-20 minutes.
• In the meantime, let's prepare the salad; finely chop the purple cabbage and rub a little with salt.
• Add the grated carrot and finely chopped atom salad.
• Add 1 or spoonful of cottage yogurt, 1 spoonful of olive oil and 1 lime juice according to the amount of your salad and mix them all well.
• When the salad is ready; Heat the lavender in a pan with the back and front, and grill the fish in a pan.
• Add salads and fish to the lavash, garnish with chopped parsley and serve.
