Recipe for fat-burning salmon

Fish, we have to buy from outside Omega-3 it should be consumed at least twice a week as a source.  It is also the best source of protein in digestible form. With its fat content and balance, it is essential for everyone from 7 to 70, such as children of growing age, adults who want to lose weight, and seniors who want to maintain brain health.

FAT-BURNING SALMON

  • 1 slice of fillet salmon
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 drops of balsamic vinegar
  • 1 head garlic
  • Lemon
  • Pull black pepper
  • Arugula
  • 1 Baby potato diced
  • Finely chopped 1 sprigs Yesil onion
  • 1 red capia pepper, diced

 
Its making: Mix the rosemary, oil, lemon juice and balsamic vinegar and brush on both sides of the salmon. Bake in a preheated oven until golden yellow. Add greaseproof paper to the tray and sprinkle with finely chopped vegetables. Add 1 Head of garlic to the tray next to the salmon and cook.
