One of the must-haves of fashion shows is when the guests who attend struggle to get the most beautiful Instagram shots with their phones. Tommy Hilfiger, meanwhile, is making a smart leap forward and is set to collaborate with Instagram for New York Fashion Week.
Project participants named InstaPit will be able to view and share the fashion show on their smartphones. These participants will be selected from famous bloggers, YouTube stars and several famous social media editors.
Hilfiger explains the project as follows, "Every season we try to use digital technology in more innovative ways. This allows us to experience this experience with more people. Instagram is a really great partner in terms of world fashion."
One important purpose of the project is to prevent those who take photos with their smartphones from harassing those who try to watch the fashion show.
