3 tbsp (200g) strained yogurt
1 tablespoon labne
3 spoons of honey
Its making :
Put all the ingredients in a Rondo or blender and mash.
Put it in ice cream molds and let it freeze in the freezer for 5-6 hours.
If you want, you can put it in a single container and freeze it.
While serving, you can prepare the sauce by passing the strawberries over the Rondo again.
