Practical and delicious iftar menu

* Half a kilo of tomatoes, 
* 1 cup vegetable juice, 
* 2 slices of toasted bread,
* 1 slice old cheddar, 
* 5-6 shallots, 
* 2 cloves of garlic,
* 2 sprigs of fresh thyme,
* Salt and pepper
•    Olive 

How Is It Done?
• First, to dry the tomatoes in the oven; place them on a baking sheet with greaseproof paper and drizzle olive oil over them. 
* Place the tray in a preheated 180 degree oven and bake for an average of 30 minutes. 
* At this time, chop the toast bread and sprinkle salt and pepper on it and drizzle with olive oil and put them in the oven. 
* Saute the garlic and onions in olive oil in a pan. 
* Add the oven-dried tomatoes and saute a little more. 
* Then sprinkle with salt and pepper and add the vegetable stock and leave to cook for 15 minutes. 
* After cooking, pass the soup through the blender and strain. 
* Sprinkle cheddar on top and serve with dried bread. 


* 800 grams of lamb (lamb sleeve recommended), 
* 2 cups water, 
* ¼ Cup flour, 
* 3 tablespoons butter, 
* ¼ Cup vegetable oil,
* 10 shallots, 
* 3 eggs,
* 2 cups strained yogurt,
* Salt and pepper

How Is It Done?

* Drizzle the sauce over the meat and place the baking dish in the preheated 180 degree oven. 
* Cook for an average of 15 minutes, until the meat is nicely tender. 


* 100 grams curd cheese,
* 2-3 tablespoons cheddar (grated), 
•    Dill,
* 6 Cretan squash, 
* 100 grams feta cheese,
•    Olive

How Is It Done?
