Parmesanlı oven

• 1/2 kg fresh fritters
• 100 g of powdered parmesan
• 1 tablespoon galeta flour
• 1/2 teaspoon olive oil
• Salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder.

• Wash and dry the fritters thoroughly.
• Cut and extract both heads by 1 cm each.
• Mix the fritters with all the remaining ingredients and spread them on the baking tray. Make sure they do not overlap when spreading on the tray.
• Bake in a heated oven at 180°C for 15-20 minutes.
