The capsaicin substance found in red pepper reduces the proliferation of breast cancer cells, while research shows that black pepper and saffronare also effective against cancer. In addition, studies on broom millet, barley and wheat from cereals show that the consumption of these cereals reduces the growth of breast cancer cells."
