Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Istanbul in 5 items

This season, 46 designers and brands will showcase their Autumn/Winter 2019 collections in 38 fashion shows on the MBFWI calendar. Seventeen of these names will be presented in a fashion show, 14 in studio & mini-fashion shows, 2 in The Core Istanbul and one person in retrospective format. In addition, as every season, there are 4 designers who prefer to exhibit their collections in venues outside the Zorlu PSM area.

The Core Istanbul, which created the commercial leg of the event by bringing turkish and international buyers together with brands and designers, will open its doors between March 20th and 21st with the theme of carnival under its new format this season. In addition to bringing together the Autumn/Winter 2019 collections of 45 brands with the purchasing managers, workshops and panels under the headings of seasonal trends, management of digital processes, branding, slow fashion and fashion photography, and a pop-up store that brings together Turkish designer brands will take place at Zorlu PSM Sky Lounge under the roof of The Core.

Mercedes-Benz, which presents the fashion show of the designer of its choice in every season of fashion weeks sponsored worldwide, presents the Fall/Winter 2019 collection of Ozgur Masur, one of the internationally proven names of Turkish fashion this season, under the name "Mercedes-Benz presents Free Masur". In its Autumn/Winter 2019 collection, Ozgur Masur draws its inspiration from the glittering world of the 80s and takes the memory of the glorious nights of studio 54 on an imaginary journey towards the lightness and joy of the Mediterranean Riviera. In the collection, which emphasizes the silhouettes that have absorbed luxury, the sparkle of the 80s meets the original and fun spirit of women.

Mercedes-Benz has set the slogan of its fashion visual campaign for the Autumn/Winter 2019 season as "more than yourself". Urging fashionistas to discover their own colour and be with other colors, the campaign emphasizes the power of encouraging inspiration. During the week, Mercedes-Benz will welcome MBFWI guests with different collaborations and surprise projects.

Mercedes-Benz will showcase the iconic G-Class and new B-Class cars that stand out for their confident, sporty look in the MBFWI space in zorlu PSM during the Autumn/Winter 2019 season, which celebrates its 40th anniversary this year.
