How to make Pumpkin Carpaccio?

* 2 zucchini
* 1 lemon
* ½ Cup olive oil
* Feta cheese
•    Dill


  • Finely grate the courgettes with a mandolin grater and lay them on the plate
  • In the jar, shake the olive oil, lemon and chopped dill.
  • Spoon the mixture over the pumpkin slices.
  • Sprinkle salt and pepper on top and garnish with feta cheese.
  • If you want, you can choose other herbs such as parsley, fresh thyme, dried tomatoes, capers or peanuts for decoration.
