How to make a crème brûlée?

  • 1 bardağı cup cream
  • ½ Cup milk
  • 6 egg yolks
  • 6 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1g vanilla
  • Granulated sugar for over

  • Heat the cream, milk and vanilla in a saucepan until the edges are bubbling.
  • Beat the egg yolks and sugar well in another bowl.
  • Gradually add the cream mixture to the egg mixture; stir without stopping while October.
  • Portion the mixture into your molds.
  • Place water on a baking sheet and place your molds in it.
  • Preheat the oven until it has a consistency of 110-120 degrees.
  • Remove from the oven while the middle is still moving.
  • Wait until it reaches room temperature, then lift it into the fridge.
  • Chill for at least 4 hours.
  • Just before serving, pour granulated sugar over it and burn it with a purée or make caramel and pour.
  • Garnish and serve with fresh fruit.
