Health checks every woman should do

Pelvic exam and pap smear test
Regardless of sexual health history, women over the age of 21 are required to have a Pap Smear test every three years. This test is necessary to detect signs of cervical cancer. After three consecutive negative test results, your doctor will indicate that the checks are repeated more decidedly. The frequency of Pap Smear testing may be longer in women whose HPV test results are negative. However, it also needs to be checked for age, sexually transmitted diseases, and individual risk factors. 

Breast cancer screening
Breast cancer screening with screening mammograms in clinical examinations; performs to determine whether you are at risk. If you are at risk, your doctor may also recommend a BRCA test. 

Physical examination
If you are in your 20s and 30s, your body mass index should be tracked depending on height and body weight. 

Your doctor may also want to check the following:
* Smoking addiction
* Diet and exercise routine
* Vaccine history
* Alcohol use
•    Violence
* History of depression

Cholesterol test
Women also have an increased risk of coronary heart disease after the age of 20. Therefore, it would be useful to have a basic screening for cholesterol levels. Tests that are repeated every 4-6 years after the age of 20 December should be repeated at more frequent intervals after the age of 45. 

Blood pressure measurement
If your blood pressure is above 140/90, high blood pressure is diagnosed. High blood pressure should be checked every two years, as it can increase the risk of other complications. In cases where it is higher, it may need to be checked more frequently. If high blood pressure is diagnosed, blood sugar tests should also be performed. 

Eye health test
If you are using glasses, you should have an eye health test every year. If you do not have any visual impairment, screening may not be necessary. However, if you have any concerns about vision impairment, you can be examined by an ophthalmologist. 

Dental examination 
You should definitely visit the dentist every year for dental and gum health examination and tooth cleaning. This is a topic that you should also care about before planning a pregnancy.
