Forget to drink coffee to wake up

A new study at the University of Georgia in the US has found that walking in a sloping area like a ladder gives more energy than 50 milligrams of caffeine.

The study examined office workers who sat in front of computers for hours. Thirty participants were given caffeine pills on different days or asked to get up and down stairs at low speed for 10 minutes.

Those who got up from their desks and moved were found to be more energetic, high in motvi and alert than those who took caffeine pills.
