Buckthorn steamed recipe

• 1 wheeled cut acorn
• 1 potato
• 1 tomato
• 2 bay leaves
• Butter with tiny pieces on top of the fish
• Salt & pepper


• Wash the acorns well, salt them and wait about 10 minutes.
• Place the acorns in your baking dish and sprinkle them over the potatoes and tomatoes you have diced.
• Place small pieces of butter on each piece of fish, place the bay leaves and add a little olive oil and pepper.
• Cover your container with greaseed paper.
• Bake in a heated oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes. Then remove the oily paper and cook for another 5 minutes.
