Brownie recipe with peanuts and chocolate coating

* 6 tablespoons butter
* 3/4 cup + 1 tablespoon drop chocolate
* 3/4 cup sugar
* 1/8 teaspoon salt
* 2 eggs
* 1/2 cup flour 
* 1/2 cup roasted and chopped peanuts

* 1/2 cup segmented peanut butter
* 2 tablespoons butter (separately)
* 6 tablespoons caster sugar
* 1/2 tablespoon milk

* 1/2 cup drop chocolate


  • Put the butter in a saucepan and melt. 
  • Add a drop of chocolate and melt it while it is hot.
  • Add the sugar and salt and it will look a little sandy, keep stirring.
  • Break the cold egg into it one by one and mix, but be careful not to beat it too much.
  • Finally, add the peanuts in it.
  • Place greaseproof paper in a rectangular mold and pour it into it.
  • Bake and cool in a preheated 165 degree oven for 15-20 minutes.



  • In the mixer, whisk together the peanut cream and half the butter.
  • Add the icing sugar, salt, nutmeg and milk and continue to whisk.
  • Pour the mixture over the cooled brownies and coat well.



  • Melt the remaining butter and add 1/2 cup drop of chocolate.
  • Cover with chocolate and leave in the refrigerator for 90 minutes.
  • Serve by slicing when the top is completely frozen. Store the rest at room temperature.
