A great breakfast awaits you with local cheeses, tomato salad, green olives of Kas, Trabzon butter, homemade exquisite jams, honey-cream, double roasted tahini and carob molasses, cretan paste with walnuts with ezine cheese.
When the fresh bread and bagels of the Windmill Bakery are added to this breakfast, you deserve the sunday pleasure. For those who prefer eggs, omelettes and pancakes made from fresh village eggs should be tried especially the white cheese omelette with herbs became my favorite.
After this lovely breakfast, you can continue to visit the side streets with a coffee on top.
