5 healthy and practical recipes for those who skip breakfast in the morning

Remember, breakfasters start the day happier and more energetic, and breakfast promotes weight loss.

There's a lot of research on that. Those who don't eat breakfast have a much higher habit of eating at night.  Therefore, do not skip the breakfast meal and add the breakfasts that suit you to your life.

1. For those who can't give up the egg

-1 egg
-2 whole walnuts
-1 kiwi
-1-2 slices whole wheat bread
-Tomatoes, cucumbers, greens

2. Oat lovers

-1 cup milk
-2-3 yk oatmeal
-1/2 banana
Cook with -1 ts0 tsm coconut oil
-You can add cinnamon on top.

3. Sweet lovers

-1 cup milk
-Half a banana
-3 whole walnuts
-1 tablespoon chia seeds
-1 teaspoon cinnamon
-1 teaspoon honey

Milk and chia seeds are mixed the night before and kept in the refrigerator. You can consume it by adding cinnamon and honey, bananas and walnuts on top.

4. To those who say not without cheese

-2 slices of cheese
-4-5 olives
-Tomatoes, cucumbers, greens
-1-2 slices of whole wheat bread (preferable as toast)

5. For those who want a change

-Parsley
-Tomatoes,
-50 g curd cheese
-1 tsk doughnut
-2 whole walnuts
Breakfast salad with -1 tsp olive oil
-1-2 slices whole wheat bread
