3 practical appetizer recipe

* 4 tablespoons strained yogurt
* 2 cloves of garlic
* 2 dry hot peppers
* 4-5 walnuts
* 1 teaspoon red powdered pepper
* 3 tablespoons olive oil

Its making:
* Crush the garlic with a little salt in the mortar and mix with strained yogurt. Place on a plate to serve.
* Heat the olive oil, broken walnuts, small chopped dry pepper and powdered pepper in the pan until it turns color.
* Serve by pouring the sauce over the yogurt.

* 2 medium beets
* 2 tablespoons strained yogurt
* 2 cloves of garlic
* 4-5 walnuts
* 2 spoons of olive oil

Its making:
* Grate the beets from raw.
* Combine the grated beets with the remaining material.


* 1 ½ cups boiled chickpeas

* ½ Cup olive oil
* Salt & pepper

Its making:
• First, if you have a strong Rondon, you don't need to peel the chickpeas. If the strength of your Rondon is low, peel them.
* Take all the material into the Rondo and pull until it has a smooth consistency.
* Always place the liquids little by little.  If it is more solid than the consistency you want, you can add a little more water and olive oil. If you want, you can roast olive oil and bacon in a bowl and pour it over the hummus while serving.
